| Job description | Your duties will require you to handle case co-ordination from instruction to completion working within strict time constraints.
This will entail liaising between our laboratory, clients and medical clinics worldwide. You will also be responsible for report distribution and invoicing. You will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in French written and spoken. You will need to be very organised and be able to use your initiative. You must be computer literate and have some previous office experience. Hours Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm. Permanent. Job Description: Customer Service Consultant 1. Answer calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards. Provide product information and support to existing and prospective clients. 2. Log client information on calls received, where required and maintain detailed and accurate records. 3. Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between customers/visitors/enquirers/DDC US and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written instructions. 4. Send out kits, log incoming kits, arrange FedEx shipments and issue results and to ensure that payment for service has been received on In Home DNA Tests 5. Handle Legal Testing cases, including scheduling cases, sending kits to collectors, ensuring proper paper- work on cases sent to DDC 6. Order and maintain relevant office supplies and Sample Collection Kits. 7. Operate a variety of standard office machines, including a personal computer and a variety of computer software, phone, fax, calculator, shredding machine, scanner and photocopy machine. 8. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public and commercial clients. 9. Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures. 10. Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role. 11. To provide translation services where required. |
