PA / Financial Administrator – Central London. 3-5 years experience minimum in an administrative role with some finance experience is required. ‘Must have’ perfect knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Administrative role – working for a small & growing property company in Central London.
The company act as the managers of residential property in London. The job is to help deal with the internal administration of the finances as they relate to the day to day running of the company.

NOTE: This does not require you to be a qualified accountant, or familiar with accounting programs. This requires strong excel skills, & a generally strong attention to detail:
Strong organizational and administration skills.
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly Accurate.
Able to work within tight deadlines.
Perfect knowledge of Excel and accounting software a plus.
Understanding of accounting standards.
You will have 3 to 5 yrs experience gained in an administrative role, as a PA, Assistant (or similar), & have perfect knowledge of Microsoft Excel & some understanding of accounting or finance – having worked in or liaised with a financial department in control, administration or accounting.

Suitable for somebody with a desire to learn & progress into a more financially oriented & responsible role:
Liaising with accountants & auditors to ensure that monthly/quarterly/annual reports are made correct and it time.
Managing bank accounts
Expenses & deposits
Invoicing & contracts
Maintaining general daily financial control.
