Job description Must have at least 3 years experience as a chef, familiar with all aspects of Thai cooking (Thai starters, mains and desserts).
Experience or knowledge of Asian Fusion Food (Indian, Chinese etc) is an advantage. Reasonable spoken English as a minimum is required.

Will be required to manage and run all aspect of the kitchen, from food stocks to preparation for each service.

Restaurant is a small friendly, no alcohol, restaurant (40 covers) with an open kitchen.
