Salary: Up to Ł60K package, including base, shares and uncapped Benefits: Rockshore is a privately held business and all employees have the option to acquire stock in the company. Role type: Full time role. Right to work in UK required Start: Immediate Rockshore is rapidly expanding company and is looking to grow its London-based sales team with the addition of a telco-focused individual. The role is a combination of new business sales and the account management of our existing customers, which include Tier 1 carriers. The role requires the sale of products (Rockshore's Data Spend Manager and Event Processing Platform) and the sale of telco-focused consultancy and professional services. Functional skills & Experience: You will have led the sale of complex IT systems and/or products in the past. You will have broad experience through the full sales/bid cycle and comfortable with consultative selling. You will be able to work directly with customers and take full responsibility for opportunity identification, qualification, bidding, pricing and direct sales campaigns. You will know how to close and hit targets. Required: • A track record of successful target-driven sales and major account management in the mobile telco sector. o Existing mobile carrier contacts that could be approached immediately o A track record of technical selling, ideally in the mobile sector • Product-focused sales skills: o Benefits orientated sales o Sales campaign building o Confidence to cold call and direct sell o Closing ability • Service-focused sales skills: o Complex SI sales o Opportunity development o Project-oriented contracts • Account management skills: o Relationship building o Account planning o Long term revenue generation Advantageous: • Experience with mobile device management, telecoms expense management, mobile telecoms middleware • Degree-level educated |
