Job description Rockshore is rapidly expanding company and is looking to grow its London-based sales team with the addition of a sales support executive.
The role is to support sales in managing our major accounts. Rockshore need someone who can complete day to day account administration tasks and help us respond to our customers quickly and effciently.

The main tasks will be as follows:
- Monitoring order process through our major customers.
- Completing order forms for customers (work orders / task forms)
- Maintianing out CRM system with customer opprtunities
- Mainiting our customer's order renewals for support
- Updating our CRM soution with customer names and meeting notes if required
- Supporting tender and bid responses
- Maintining our sales intranet with useful information.
- Ensuring our project numbering system and folder structures are used correctly

Future tasks could be:
- Meeting customers for account Managment
Reveiwing methods for pipeline reporting
- Reviewing sales proposals and creating boiler plate templates for ease of use for account managers.
- Working with new account manager to demonstare out CRM solution, and how to load oppertunities.

Sales support is responsible for supporting the Sales Director and the Sales Team needs, and so you should be happy with taking on ad-hoc requests daily from them, such as to call a customer or produce an order form quickly, the sales teams if effectively your customer.

You will gain exposure to the sales cycle of major firms, learn how to handle bids and support the sales team in achieving their goals. The role offers an ideal first step to becoming a pre-sales executive or account manager if so desired.

• Strong computing skills including Word, Excel and general PC use
• Have worked in an office environment for at least a year and performed well in an administration role
• Keen to be involved in a sales environment and happy to call and chase people when needed

Advantageous:

• Experience within telecoms companies
• GCSE or equivalent
• Degree
