Our client is the Energy Business of a large FM company. The Energy Services business is relatively new but is being invested in heavily providing exciting opportunities to those joining the team. Role: The Energy manager will be responsible for managing a PFI contract across 3 different NHS sites. You will be responsible for all Energy savings on the contract and across the 3 sites. This will be linked to agreed energy savings within the original contract. In addition to this you will be working closely with the FM and maintenance teams across the contract. |
