Job description ‘Walking the Red Carpet’ Training Buro is looking for new team members to join their expanding team. If you think you will be good at welcoming participants at one of our events or taking care of the logistics and organization of event planning then we may have just the role for you If you are knowhow handle a sound system and video equipment or are specialized in web-technology or if your specialism is more in the area of personal assistance or taking care of sales and marketing, bookkeeping or organization? We would like to hear from you.

We are a young company, specialized in offering self development training modules for people working in a business environment. We are making the move into organizing our own training events ranging from small lunch and learn and promotional presentations right through to larger events from one day through to several days. The training we offer is in the area of personal change and transformation. Because this is a vast subject and difficult to explain exactly what it is that we do in just a few words we have set up the selection procedure in such a way that you can experience the training yourself in order for you to be able to make a better decision as to whether you would like to work with us and become one of the team.

There will be two stages in the recruitment process; the first selection round is a more general one. During this session we will inform you about the training we offer, the company vision and the competencies and attitude we are looking for, this stage will take approximately 3 hours.
Once you have sent in your application letter in which you share with us who you are, what you have done in the past, qualifications and skills, your particular areas of interest and why you’ve decided to respond to this advertisement, we will let you know if we think this would be beneficial to both of us to join at this first selection session. This first stage half session is scheduled for 7th July from approx. 6-9pm.

After we have evaluated all the participants from this first day and if we would like to continue this journey with you, you will receive an invitation for the second selection round. This time we would like to ask you to reserve one full day. We are willing and dedicated to give the best of ourselves that day and we hope you are excited by the prospect of doing the same for us. This second day is scheduled to take place on 16th July.

The idea is that even if we decide not to make use of your services right away, we envisage continual growth of our business and it is good to know that you are out there and we will have had the opportunity to get to know you and share our vision. We will keep your details on fileand if we organize a big event and need more people on board, we can tap into this database and contact you first.

Our work is all about making a difference in other people’s live’s. We hope they will do the same for others and in doing so step by step, together we can make this world a better place.
