| Job description | Theatrebugs; the drama, music and dance franchise network for children aged 3 months to 7 years based in Southwest London is now recruiting an Operations + Relations Supervisor to oversee the running of the Head Office Territory (Central, South and South West London).
This is a multi-faceted, diverse role that will see the successful candidate overseeing a part time admin assistant and the day to day running of the business; to include duties such as; booking and liaising with our drama practitioners, responding to and forming relations with clients, as well as helping with marketing, recruiting, ordering and credit control. Never a dull moment! This office based role will be filled by an efficient, energetic and enthusiastic candidate with great organisational skills, who will become confident in making decisions and using their initiative. They will thrive in a bustling, fast moving workplace where they will almost certainly be required to multi task! Guideline salary is 20-25K pro rata based on full time; actual salary will be set based on experience and suitability to the role. We will consider the role as a part time position (school hours) for the right candidate! We are looking for someone for an immediate start but would consider waiting until September for the right candidate.
