| Job description | Like many small games studios, our Producers are hybrids. They combine excellent Project Management with professional Client Servicing.
We work in both Agile and traditional waterfall Project Management methodologies and our team comes from a mixture of creative backgrounds (including web, installations, mobile and console) - so a variety experience is welcome! Relationships: Client Partner - Direct line manager Fellow Senior Producers - coordinating with and working within the production team Senior Management - Working directly with the senior management team. |

| How to apply | We need someone who can hit the ground running so we have some pre-requisites:
Min. 3 years experience in a digital / game production role Proficiency in managing the games lifecycle is a huge advantage, however at least a good level of experience producing fun, interactive experiences in some form (e.g. web or mobile games) is essential. Experience managing a wide range of project sizes (from 1 month / £5k to 1 year / £500k+) Complete familiarity with the Production cycle - including briefing, estimating, risk management, project control and client collaboration and management. Meticulous attention to detail Understanding and appreciation of the commercial aspects of the games industry Moderate to advanced knowledge of MS Office as well as key Project Management software (e.g. MS Project or Merlin) and online tools (e.g. Basecamp, Lighthouse, Highrise). This is a senior role, so above all you will need to be a self-starter, proactive and equally capable of managing the team and working closely with the client to produce an incredibly high standard of work. Activities Manage multiple projects of various sizes for a variety of clients, throughout their lifecycles Create task-orientated project plans and define project milestones Track project progress against objectives, schedule and budget Plan content requirements and manage internal and external asset production Supporting the acquisition, development and planning of new briefs Manage testing and QA procedures Create and maintain all project documentation (e.g. Scope of Work, change control) Responsibilities Close working relationship with clients to aid project development and future opportunities Establish and maintain clear project communication between all project stakeholders (internal and external) Maintain control of budget spend and provide accurate reporting of work in progress Promote team motivation and creativity Facilitate clear project road maps, ensuring that project teams are up to date on project requirements at all times. Escalation of issues with suggested solutions Contracting and management of freelancers for relevant projects. |
