Job title Part-time Receptionist
Job description Leading London law firm is currently looking to recruit a part time receptionist to join their team. The role will involve providing a high quality customer focussed reception service, and specific duties are as follows:

- Meeting and greeting clients of the firm in a professional manner
- Arrange conference room bookings and arranging any catering requirements if necessary
- Ensure meeting rooms meet the appropriate standard
- Take messages when required and pass them on to the relevant person promptly
- Deal with any administrative duties as and when delegated

The successful candidate will be of a smart appearance with excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience within a pressurised customer focused environment is essential, in addition to an awareness of a high level of customer service.
