You will manage a team of 17 and encourage the implementation of new ideas. You will be fully financially accountable – managing your GP, wastage, costs and driving sales. You’ll need experience of managing both teams and budgets to deliver results, gained in an operational role in foodservice or a similar sector. All applicants invited to interview will be asked to produce documents that prove their right to work in the UK. |
