| Job description | We are seeking a telephonist/controller in our London office close to Tower Bridge, dealing with Blue Chip companies within the City of London and Docklands areas.
In applying you must be a good communicator, and have the confidence and friendly manner to be able to interact with both customers and drivers, it is also important that you have a good knowledge of London roads and routes. The position is opened for experienced telephonists/controllers only, who have good fluency in the english language. Key responsibilities include answering calls, controlling drivers, taking bookings from clients, collaborating with the booking officers and good computer skills are essential.
