| Job description | To work closely with the Marketing Director and the Marketing Project Manager to provide creative ideas and design concepts. Working across offline marketing and digital communications, both internally and externally. With the ability to take a project from initiation through to the finished article.
We are a busy marketing department that do also work with a lead creative agency and you will be the in-house designer working on a variety on projects ensuring that all creative communications create impact and drive results. We are a well established Estate Agent with 5 shops across London. Operating two distinct brands for Greene & Co. www.greene.co.uk and our unique property specialist Urban Spaces www.urbanspaces.co.uk. We are looking for an experienced designer to join our team in marketing. You will be extremely creative with the ability not only to create beautiful logos, layouts and web pages but be able to put your mind to conceptualising campaigns from the marketing briefs supplied to you. You must create well considered work, have strong web design skills, have a good knowledge of print and know Adobe Creative like the back of your hand. It’s all hands on deck here, so you’ll also need a good knowledge of artwork. There’s an idea behind everything we do. You’ll be applying this across everything from branding and retail experience in the shops, to web and integrated campaigns. • Good all rounder and ambitious • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite including in design, illustrator, photoshop, Dreamwever with a good knowledge of HTML. • Good digital knowledge – CMS, Social Media and CRM email programme.
