| How to apply | Applicants must be fluent in English and speak French well, with experience of working in London or a well recognized Restaurant based in other countries as a Waiter.
Also you will need to: •Ensure customer satisfaction at a very high level (including welcoming arrivals, smiling and professionally friendly during service, thanking on departure); •Assisting the Management in all aspects of the operation; •Keep up health, cleanliness and safety standards; •Keen to learn new roles to become a future ASSISTANT MANAGER; •Able to memorize and recognize the clientele; .Be familiar with all dishes and able to recommend wines; •Maximize sales and promote new trade (parties, birthdays etc); •Coordinate and execute all aspects of the day to day operation in the dining room (including taking orders, serving, operating till, taking payment); A peoples person is required, ability to communicate very well in English, with fantastic Customer Service skills being essential. You will need to promote the Restaurant and assist with improving the sales of the Restaurant at all times. Non-smoker only. Please only apply if you are able to live and work in the UK. |
