Young clientele weekends, quiet weekday lunchtimes, need to upgrade lunch trade so applicant must have personable attitude, friendly, in charge, totally professional, smart, clean, non-smoker, fluent in French and English; you will take orders and serve customers with the rest of the staff.

Reporting to the Owner now acting as the Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant and the staff, ensuring your team is fully trained, consistently offer: the highest levels of customer service, clean smart appearance of the premises, develop new trade, find out what customers desire to improve the trade.
