Partie is required urgently to work in Heathrow area to help provide first class food to demanding clients. Interview will be arranged immediately. The company has pride in dealing with some of the most sort after organisations in the world. There is the opportunity to travel to other countries to gain experience in other parts of the business. Some of the countries you may have to travel to be America China Arab Emirates France Germany Austria etc. There are great prospects to develop a career within the company. There are 4 shift patterns the successful candidates must do night shifts (only a few night shifts per month depending on the business levels. You are required to prepare food according to the delivery notes provided by the head chef meet food hygiene requirements while maintaining food waste to a minimum. You will be responsible for supervising commis chefs and kitchen porters adhere to set food qualities as well as hygiene standards. You will also help organising planning and involve in preparation food. Our customer desires a person who is capable of working on their own initiative in a fast paced environment who can stay calm under pressure and work well in a team. The suitable candidate will possess the following Previous experience working with fresh quality food in a fast paced environment Ability to work independently Haccp knowledge Ability to stay calm when put under pressure proactive flexible attitude team approach and interest in the company s ethics High level of presentation in work and appearance is important Enthusiastic pro-active dedicated and a hands-on approach In return you will be paid £20000 to £23000 per annum you will be working between 40-50 hours per week 28 days holidays some international travel including America Arab China and Europe etc training and other company benefits are provided after qualifying period.
