onally highly reputable client is looking to recruit a Process and Results driven Clinical Services Manager to take charge of their newly refurbished Independent Mental Health hospital located in London. Their clientele includes mental health rehabilitation services. These services are provided to private individuals and Nhs patients. The applicant must have a proven track record of being a Clinical Services Manager in similar care establishment. You will be expected to have a clinical background and as well as managerial qualifications and experience. The main responsibility would include taking a lead role responsibility in turning the hospital into a profitable centre of clinical excellence which gives patients a positive experience of nursing care. As a manager you will be expected to develop and maintain appropriate business networks to put the hospital on the map. The role would also include setting up and maintaining local operational policies in line with the corporate strategy. This is truly an exciting and challenging opportunity for the manager who thrives on managing a team of Nurse Managers and enterprising. Budget consciousness is critical to this role. You will be expected to maintain high bed occupancy and have the experience of managing staff retention. Commitment to high quality care delivery will be fundamental.
