West London based company with a vacancy for a part time customer service representative (initially on a 3 month contract. We need an energetic and committed team player who can communicate well with people and also contribute to our high levels of customer satisfaction. Your job duties will include Dealing with Incoming and outgoing telephone calls Explain the features and benefits of our products and services Respond to queries from customers corporate clients and generate quotations Maximize customer satisfaction Represent the company in a highly professional friendly and helpful manner Filing ordering stationary faxing doing quotes follow up calls to existing and potentially new clients keeping company s database updated etc. Personal Skills and Competence Effective communicator Pc skills (you must be really good with computers and quickly learn how to use new software) Customer service skills especially telephone experience Very organized (you must care about your surroundings) Ability to work under pressure without losing your sense of humour Ability to multi-task Good attention to detail (this is Very important) Time management Experience Required Customer services Sales (ideally B2B) Office administration Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator a definite advantage 3 days a week 8.30am to 5.30pm 3 month contract (with the possibility of becoming permanent 16500.00 pro rata
