The Data Research Associate will be responsible for the analysis and maintenance of business critical data the successful candidate will be bright intelligent and able to take the initiative. Key Responsibility The Data Research Associate will produce new contacts for Target 250 s sales team to call from. Role Producing reports for users as require using predominately Microsoft Reporting Services and Excel Call Potentials to check accuracy of data Research potentials Answering information enquiries from users and department colleagues Providing information support to all departments Enter accurate information in databases in the correct format Supporting Responsibilities Database sourcing cleansing for Delivery Sales Clients Ensuring that Data is of a saleable quality Ensure that all data is correct Sales Data Managing Sales Etl and data therein Run data audit reports to track the quality of the data and update where errors have been identified Produce the monthly statistics on the number of new contacts added and deleted from the database Log working hours for each project to track revenue Competencies Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects A Bachelor Degree from a reputable University A Team player Confident at interacting with clients Ability to understand business pains Excellent attention to detail A process orientated approach Self Confidence Even temperament Excellent written communication skills Intelligent and analytical Critical of their own work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to spot problems early and proactively solve them Experience Required Knowledge of Ms Office Suite Experience of working in a data or analysis field Significant research experience Typical Previous Roles Study at a reputable university A Researcher A Data Analyst An admin role that involved significant spreadsheet and database use Success Factors In previous roles you should have been successful at Working in a pressurised target driven environment Using complicated administration or Crm software Using Ms office packages at an advanced level Research and reporting tasks Other Experience Required Professional communication with clients Work in an office environment Research tasks Date posted: 19.
