ing position for an experienced Head of Business Development is urgently required for an award national law firm based in Basingstoke or Northampton. This role will be responsible for advising on the planning implementation and monitoring of successful marketing campaigns to drive new business into the consumer services teams. The firm have grown quickly in recent years which has been the impact of their successful strategy enhancing their reputation increasing their turnover which now stands at £100m. The firm s growth has been driven by a commercially driven strategy of seizing opportunities in a changing market while at the same time staying close to their clients and providing them with the best possible legal advice. The firm are now established as one of the top 30 national law firms and now have eight offices in the UK. The key responsibilities of this role will include liaising with the Head of Consumer Services to review progress against the practice group strategy and to set appropriate business development objectives. You will advise on the planning and overall organisation of tactical marketing campaign delivery to consumer groups. You will also support and coach the legal teams to self manage elements of the marketing campaigns and position the business development team as able to make a difference through its ability to provide innovative solutions and specialist advice.
