king for an experienced and reliable part time Inventory clerk to cover Kensington Earls Court Notting Hill and Sw London. The suitable applicant will need to have a good eye for detail and be used to dealing with high end clients and properties. You must be smart in appearance and be familiar with the areas covered. Job will include collecting keys from estate agents visiting properties and carrying out inventories check-ins and check outs. You will be required to type your own reports and return them within 24 to 48 hours. Jobs will be booked in advance but a degree of flexibility will be required to cover those last minute jobs. The suitable applicant will need transport or be happy to use the tube in and around London have a mobile broadband camara dicataphone computer and be willing to work Saturdays. This position is on a self-employed basis and will be paid at a percentage of per booking. You will be responsible for your own tax and insurance.
