ng easy going British family looking for lovely live in Aupair to help with our fantastic boys and to be an efficient and helpful assistant around the house. We live in a lovely mews house in W2 just by the park and within an easy walk to Oxford Street or High St Kensington and a couple of minutes walk from the tube station. Our two boys Eddie (6) and Rollo (2.5) are popular well mannered funny and bright and previous au pairs have fallen in love with them. Our present au pair Amanda is returning to Sweden to take up a university place and we are looking for someone to start at the beginning of November and to stay for minimum six months ideally a year. You must be great with children (and enjoy taking care of them experienced calm cheerful outgoing good tempered and hard working. We are looking for a trustworthy reliable person with a positive can-do attitude. You need to be tidy and happy to do a bit of cleaning (although we have a cleaner one day a week enjoy cooking be well organised and be able to take initiative. We are not expecting you to manage the household single-handed but we do want you to make a positive contribution to its smooth running and to keep the house and us in order You will have your own room tv dvd wifi and share a (luxury) bathroom with the children. We will pay you 100 per week for around 35h (30 housework cooking 70 childcare) per week plus two baby sitting nights (one each fortnight being at the week end. We are out of London one weekend in two and would like the opportunity to have childcare help on occasional Saturday morning when we are here this would be negotiated in exchange for a morning or afternoon off on another day of the week. During the week Eddie attends school from 8.30 am to 3pm or 3.45pm and Rollo is at nursery 8.45 11.45 three days per week Main duties help me get the kids ready for school in the morning on Mon Tues Fris drop Eddie at school on Fridays collect him from school each afternoon drop off collect Rollo from nursery nearby cook and supervise his lunch put him down for nap play with him post nap take the kids to after school playdates (if required play with the kids (lego reading painting boardgames etc take them to the park museums general housekeeping of the house vacuuming dusting tidying kids laundry ironing cooking kids meals and cleaning up afterwards evening babysitting when required You must speak good English be happy to take holidays with us as appropriate and be prepared to come with us on occasional weekends away. We are looking for a mature minded aupair aged over 20 years old dont mind a smoker as long as no smoking in the house in front of the children.
