sort us out We re a young and lively office based in a new and exciting Bbc building in White City. We need someone part-time to run the office run us and run our books. As an Office Manager your responsibilities will include Staff management Ordering stationery and dealing with the general running of the office Being first point of contact for internal and client issues and queries Negotiating and arranging the use of facilities mostly Coordinate the use of meeting rooms with Reception Administration Respond to internal external requests for information We also need help keeping the books as directed by our management accountants including Accounts Payable and receivable Bank reconciliation Credit Control Be responsible for the management of the accounts payable and the accounts receivable Payments and income processing for business that reflected the business financial strategy and business objectives Timely and accurate month end close-down reports We need someone with Knowledge of accounts book keeping Sage system is essential Excellent customer services skills It Literate including Excel Word The ability to manage staff with a proven track record of success Strong organisational skills An interest in cake animals jokes bargains and celebs (that s mostly what we talk about) Pay £12 per hour.
