Limited is a Main Contractor specialising in the fit out and refurbishment of offices and commercial premises within London and the adjoining Home Counties on projects ranging in value from a few thousand pounds up to six million. We are currently looking to recruit a self motivated individual to take on the role of Receptionist Administrator. Salary will be £18000 20000 per annum. Duties Meeting and greeting Answering the telephone Sorting and distributing incoming outgoing mail Booking meeting rooms and couriers Ensuring the upkeep and presentation of the meeting rooms and reception area Administration support for a group of Project Managers and Surveyors. The individual concerned will be competent with Microsoft Office have strong communication skills and a confident and articulate telephone manner.
