w is looking for a full time Receptionist for our busy dealership in West London. Salary will be £18000 per annum. Duties Answering and dealing with telephone calls quickly and efficiently Ensuring messages are passed to those concerned in a timely manner Greeting customers and visitors in a friendly manner Keeping the Reception area tidy Franking and preparing post General clerical work as instructed by all departments. The successful applicant should have experience in a customer facing role be able to communicate at all levels and provide outstanding customer service.
