ial Yoga Centre is now looking for Special Needs Project Manager. Reporting to Executive Director Responsible for Yoga therapists and assistants working on behalf of The Special Yoga Centre providing Yoga Therapy for the Special Child (Ytsc) programmes and services and the Special Needs Project Manager Assistant. Salary £25000 pro rata The RoleThe Special Needs Project Manager works closely with the Executive Director on all aspects of the Yoga Therapy for the Special Child programme (Ytsc. Ytsc lies at the heart of the organisation and is regarded as one of its key development opportunities. This role includes the development management and delivery of all Ytsc outreach programmes one-to-one yoga therapy services and Yoga Therapy Teacher Trainings as well as research and applications for funding for all special needs areas at The Special Yoga Centre. Duties and Key Responsibilities Under the direction of the Executive Director to manage and deliver all aspects of the Ytsc programmes as follows One-to-one Yoga Therapy Services Dealing with all special needs enquiries and briefing parents carers on centres services Co-ordinating therapists scheduling appointments and managing diary room schedule Managing therapists and providing ongoing support Keeping financial overview of charity spending and donations Collating feedback for use in fundraising applications Supporting parents Keeping log sheet of all enquiries Undertaking evaluations on programme activities and creating reports on findings when required Overseeing monitoring and evaluation Ytsc Outreach programmes Dealing with all new enquiries Setting up managing and co-ordinating all outreach programmes Negotiating fees and sending quotes Managing and organising therapists Overseeing invoicing to schools Approving therapists invoices payments Researching new schools outreach opportunities Overseeing monitoring and evaluation Ensuring quality control of therapists Teacher Trainings Dealing with all enquiries and bookings Advertising all trainings Preparing training manuals evaluation forms certificates and all other paperwork Sending and following up on invoices to schools Liasing with Ysc in Usa re Course materials payments Completing all pre and post-course admin Arranging children for demos Assisting as required Speaking with course participants post training and arranging assistant opportunities Arranging for Ysc course participants to assist experienced therapists Providing financial analysis projections for courses In partnership with the Executive Director to undertake regular evaluations of training programmes and determine new course opportunities Get Ready to Learn Sending proposals and all related information to schools Working on funding applications Researching monitoring and evaluation with contracted external organisation and overseeing Meeting with and speaking to schools Creating training schedule Booking and co-ordinating trainings with schools Fundraising Inputting on approving and submitting all funding applications working alongside Fundraiser Creating project budgets Reporting on funded projects Setting up funded projects (see Schools Outreach) Organising Open Days for attendance by potential funders supporters Proofing all communications related to fundraising for Ytsc In addtion To arrange yoga therapists and assistants for all group special needs classes including communication with all parents for group cerebral palsy class. To liaise with the Executive Director to ensure that all Centre training courses are effectively marketed to schools governing bodies and individuals as well as to public and private sector organisations. To maintain the Centre s Child Protection Policy. To have primary responsibility for organising Criminal Records Bureau checks for the Centre and anyone trained through it.
