We are an agency looking for candidates with fantastic reception customer focus background to cover annual and sick leave at our corporate clients sites. The Receptionist will manage and maintain the reception areas. As a receptionist you will be expected to work in a professional flexible dynamic enthusiastic fantastic communication skills high standards and proactive manner and provide the highest standard of service to clients and their guests. The position is Monday Friday day time hours and you will be working alongside their perm staff need to be flexible to work shifts and available to start straight away. I am looking for the following attributes Smart immaculate presentation Excellent communication skills Great customer care skills and attention to detail A great team player Previous experience from a quality hotel reception area Experience from a corporate environment would be beneficial but not essential Superb It skills The ability to work in a fast paced environment The position will involve the following Meeting and greeting visitors to the building in a professional manner Escort clients to the assigned meeting rooms Informing the host of the guests arrival promptly ensuring the guest is aware at all times as to how long the host will be Issuing of a security pass ensuring the guests name is spelt correctly Taking care of external and internal calls professionally The booking of meeting rooms accurately ensuring that all food and beverage requirements are noted Ensuring that the guests and hosts are taken care of offering excellent customer care skills at all times Setting up meeting rooms including Av equipment Pay of £9-10 per hour Date posted: 28.
