Java Architect Developer with 10 years track record in delivering of high performance software solutions needs some extra hand(s. My day-to-day task includes analysis design and implementation of highly scalable Java applications. I have a wealth of experience in developing end-to-end solutions full project lifecycle and working with various development methodologies such as Agile and Xp. I have recently embarked on the build of a Web based 3 tier application hence I will need extra hand(s) on a short to long term basis. I am looking for developers with good technical communication skills the ability to work with minimum supervision and happy to work for a small but growing company. He or She must enjoy taking on task and exploring problems with the goal of attaining a solution or workaround. I am open to part-time full-time or work from home but must be UK based depending on experience. We are based docklands and have been trading for 7.5 years. We will also consider students with good programming knowledge of Java. Ideal candidates must have good knowledge of front-end technology such as Dhtml Jsf Jsp Facelet as well back-end such as Ejb and Sql. Good understanding of Oo design principal a plus. Only candidates with the right skills should apply as interview will constitute of a practical technical test based on your experience.
